This role is focused on two major projects at SP AusNet: Metering and Revenue solution (MARS) which will provide the back office systems to support the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI); and the implementation of the workXact solution for the management of metering services for City West Water.The secondary objective of this contract is to provide training to the Meter Data Agent (MDA) analysts in the operation of the NEM and the software products utillised to perform this task.

Designed and implemented upgrades to the MDM suite of applications to respond to improvements in business processes and changes to market operation.Created and executed test plans and maintained user acceptance testing environments.Successfully trained MDA personal in the operation of new application functionality.Added value to the business by proactively suggesting improvements to either business processes or application functionality to ensure improvements to operational efficiency.Enabled the business to maintain its excellent service record by providing application and system support 24/7 utilising system monitoring and alerting tools.
