I have broad experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous industries including energy, health care, petrochemicals, technology, and transportation. I have represented defendants in commercial litigation in state and federal courts, in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, and before the Federal Trade Commission, and have counseled clients on litigation and antitrust risk associated with both merger and non-merger related activities.
