QUALIFICATION SUMMARY• Clearance: DOD secret, 11/2029 renewed November 2019• A comprehensive, intensive, and practical knowledge of MRAP FOV including the JLTV A1. This involves recovering, servicing, repairing, maintaining and managing all aspects of maintenance with effective written and oral communication skills. To include 5 years, Force Pro Cougar/MRAP Buffalo FSR Fallujah and Ramadi, Iraq; 5+ years MTV mechanic; 3+ years Navistar Maxx Pro Dash FSR. 38 years total mechanic experience• Experienced in accurate diagnosis of various types of diesel/gas operated equipment, components, and systems, i.e. HMMWV, FMTV, PLS, HEMTT, LTAS and JLTV.• Knowledgeable in various types of air brake systems, fuel systems, 12/24 v starting/charging systems, and auto/manual transmission system diagnosis. • Able to tear down, adjust, repair, reassemble, and conduct operational checks according to mechanical specifications and prescribed tolerances• Technically savvy in reading schematics and following instructions to include the use of diagnostic tools and equipment up to and including Insight, Impact, Cat-ET, MSD, Easy Tech IV and Service Maxx.• Responsible for the Training & Supervision of 3 separate units of 200 Marines each in the overall Service, Repair and Operation of 39 Cougar MRAP’s through the course of 3 year Deployment as a GS12.• Developed new method by fabricating a tool to pull injectors in theater to save time and money and to mitigate lack of lift support.• Independently planned and carried out maintenance programs for the Cougar in theater.• Advised and supported Commanding Officer as the Maintenance Officer on maintenance trends, user level issues and recommended preventive maintenance schedule in order to maintain 39 operational MRAPS in a field /combat environment to facilitate repair strategies.• Competent in computer skills of all Microsoft Office applications to include MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Outlook Express, and Internet Explorer, Military TM’s and fed log.• Able to work with minimal direction; self-motivated
