Key responsibilities:• Reporting directly to the Global Head of Index Development • Managing development and implementation of product strategy • Launching innovative new indexes across strategies (e.g. Factor, ESG, Thematic, Hedged) and geographies (e.g. China A), new data modules and licensing models• Enabling sales execution through product trainings, marketing materials and product specialization at client meetings • Driving product and process enhancements to improve client experience Key skills:• Ability to develop and implement business strategy• Strong execution and project management skills• Broad knowledge of client investment process, market and industry trends• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking• Sound commercial judgment
