I always have been interested in making things better. I am not a computer nerd, I don't game or have my own AD forest setup at home. Honestly I went down the computer science route because I like a challenge and knew nothing about computers. When I describe my job i would say I am an internal IT consultant. I like learning the processes end users are doing and making them more productive with technology we provide. I am tenacious about problem solving and finding the solution and not just a fix.Chaos is my life! I came from a family of seven (number six) and have four children. Each day brings a new challenge much like work. Other than family activities, you might see me coaching an occasional volleyball kids league; attending a Rock Concert; or rumbling down the road on a Harley. I also pretend I might be able to keep up with the baker's on the Great British Bake Off "Sponge!"
