While working to help small businesses become big businesses at 2H Media, we noticed that most small businesses face extremely similar challenges. To help small businesses overcome the puzzles that we found them running into time and time again, we developed Sprintpoint as an open-source initiative dedicated to helping businesses achieve growth faster and avoid common roadblocks.

For much of my professional career, I was proud to support local and international businesses with brand and marketing services on a contract basis. My work with international brands can be seen all over the world. In January of 2020, I was pleased to bring my experiences and ongoing contracts under the 2H Media banner.

Lynnvander Studios is a full-service board game design studio that specializes in the rapid development of licensed games and the creation of imaginative worlds for original game IPs. As a founding member of Lynnvander Studios, I participated in the creation of countless board games and several Kickstarters, from the very first Lynnvander Studios game, Albion's Legacy to licensed games like Buffy the Vampire Slayer: The Board Game, and Cowboy Bebop: Board Game Boogie. As well as collaborations with major players such as Catalyst Game Labs on games like Shadowrun Sprawl Ops, and Super Camelot. My daily responsibilities were highly varied, ranging from HR and corporate planning to game design, graphic design, and pre-press.

My first taste of eCommerce, selling products and managing inventory came from my family business. By age 13 I had visited and lived in over 30 countries as my parents started and expanded a grassroots business (Nomad Silver) importing silver jewelry. As anyone with entrepreneurial parents understands, I began helping with the family business at an early age. Nomad Silver transformed into Rage Body Jewelry(~1999) as the body piercing and tattooing industry exploded in Canada in the late ‘90s. Fast forward a few years and I found myself in a significant role, managing 1000’s of products and maintaining relationships with suppliers from China, Thailand and Bali. In addition to participating in the larger business operations, I was solely responsible for all graphic design, as well as modernizing and managing the company's eCommerce presence.
