I head up the Operations Team for reporting and insight on all COO functions including Programme Management and Finance. This team comprises technical data analysts and data engineers. We operate a world-class information platform, using best-in-class tooling to conduct analysis and create reports for internal clients, ranging from technical and operational teams through to senior management.I’m a key partner from group heads to board members to ensure reporting needs are met from the wider analytics department. This includes monthly and quarterly COO decks and building/maintaining the Annual Operating Plan dashboard as a product to give the business monitoring of its roadmap using OKRsI own and maintain the company wide Managers Insight Portal – a landing page serving wider management to access strategy, project performance, market intelligence, other key resources and reportingI scope, gather requirements and prioritise work and coach team members in best practicesI have an ongoing mandate to improve reporting performance through exploring the right data structures and efficiency gains in Alteryx and Tableau

I work with large volumes of data (10m+ rows) with clients spread across multiple countries to give them better access to their own spend data in Tableau. This is through using data cleaning and enrichment tools in SQL as well as user-driven dashboard building. Projects start client-side in order to understand their data landscape and analytic/reporting needs, and end with a regularly updated dashboard on the eFlow platform. I’ve worked with over 30 clients in a variety of industries and locales, consistently aiming to give procurement and management the most impactful insight to deliver savings. With my latest project I lead a team of 4 to consolidate spend information from 12 business units which had up to now very limited spend visibility. This leads to large savings opportunities (primarily through volume) of between 8-12% of addressable spend. I manage these projects end-to-end with views to integrate wider eFlow technology and encourage collaboration with procurement consultants at all steps of the process

Efficio is a leading edge management consultancy with focus on procurement and supply chain optimisation. We work with large corporate clients and private equity-owned businesses worldwide to deliver lasting results through both strategic sourcing and transformational change.The bulk of my role so far is to manage implementations of the Efficio Spend Analytics product by processing client spend data in SQL, and creating/updating a set of Tableau dashboards. The breadth of scope for these dashboards depends on the sets of data the client sends over. Aside from this I support sourcing projects by managing data sets that are too large for Excel. and deploying instances of other Efficio eFlow products ( Contract Management, Benchmarking and other more custom dashboards). I also build new digital products and internal tools to make us and our clients more efficient.

Battersea

To find useful new ways of using the LonRes databases to give live information on the current state of the Prime Residential markets of London and Paris. I was also here to produce informative and useful bespoke subscription reports, and to lead, design and own the ResData product that is currently under development. I made extensive use of SQL and excel macros for report building and data analysis.

Borehamwood

My role entailed finding and correct errors in billing charges for the electricity industry for a variety of clients with databases of 4M + readings. I was also leading better SQL queries to flag the errors with higher accuracy, and make our workflow more efficient with excel macros.
