    1.Changya App was divided into 2 categories of Music and Videography. Responsible for the product's early iteration of the music function, community, home page, music visualisation, covering the tools and the core music production and consumption scenarios. Further analysed the conversion of user behaviour in accordance with the product's objectives, and enhancing the C-suite music and music product's data indexes, NPS, and NPS through the visual and interaction design strategy. Promoted growth of channels and number of followers through visual and interaction design strategies. 2. Independently responsible for the direction of music visualisation for the product, led the UI/interaction design of our video’s virtual character shooting animation MV, in which the online default MV template conversion, sharing after exposure exceeds 70%, the whole product retention exceeds 40%, and the average monthly growth of MAU is 180% (first half of 2020, available to check to date).3. Participated in the conceptual design of brand/mascot and production which is part of the conceptual design of hip game illustration (see portfolio for details).4.     1. Combined with the new brand VI system of HONOR by Huawei (Paris) Aesthetics Research Centre, conceptual design and revamping design for Huawei Mall (Overseas) and Honor Mall VMALL (Overseas). Enhanced user experience and scenarios such as pre-sale, sale, and after-sale mobile WAP terminal and part of the PC terminal; including the e-commerce field (reach, decision-making, ordering). Locations include Central Asia, East and West Europe, and multi-language design. .2.Monthly iteration in the early stage, and agile iteration in the middle and later stage: Through a line of business SE from to raise experience issues through the PRD and prototype provided by the product. Clarified the function and carried out the design to the best of my ability, according to the e-commerce conversion funnel on the key core path to optimise the experience.3.Used English as the working language including conferences and email communication. Cooperation with creative designers in Spain, Romania, India, Russia, Middle East and other representative offices. Formulated a unified design concept and plan, checked the design quality of the operation map of each local representative office and formulated the design specification of the operation map, and summarized the problems and passed them on to the next stage.Conducted interactive visual review of the current version of each country's website and formulated design specifications for Huawei's and Honor's overseas VMALL platforms.5. Collect forward-looking research on UX design for international products, such as Korean and Southeast Asian e-commerce organizations.
