I have had a varied professional experience, primarily had a sales background as have worked as a sales executive at both Carphone Warehouse and Masters Renault. From this went on to progress into the service department as it was always my goal to become a service manager. I then achieved my goal of becoming and succeeding in my role as a service manager. From this I have now gone into the fitness industry, running my own Ltd company and training clients as a Personal Trainer.With the opportunity of working within the service department, I gradually worked my way up within the department to manager over 3 years. I obtained good management skills, my main goal then was to make a success of the new role that I had by making the department more profitable, improving customer satisfaction as well as keeping my colleagues involved and enjoying their jobs. I was able to achieve the aforementioned as I achieved 3rd in a Service Manager League within the Western Renault Service region after I had been in the role for 6 months.From the skills I learnt as a service manager I decided to progress onto making a a business out of my hobby which is fitness. I have set up my own Ltd company and I currently rent a space out in a local gym.
