The VP of Sales recruited me for iTunes $7B+ gift card business (former SVP at Disney) to build an in-store merchandising program to support brand objectives and ensure physical and digital products were brought to the market point of consumer interactions (in-store and digital supply chains). I efficiently built the program from the ground up to execution teams across 20 major global markets, including first-time representation in Europe and Asia-Pacific. I deftly developed and led Regional Managers for North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific tasked with enhancing the in-store consumer experience, reducing costs, increasing retail visibility, and providing brand advocacy for retailers. I skillfully formulated KPIs, standardized contracts, and established best practices that provided budgeting, forecasting, and performance accountability. I proficiently standardized analytics and business intelligence worldwide and executed a two-year project that enabled sharing information through systems in less than five minutes versus the previous three to the four-week timeline. I timely delivered $500M in incremental revenue of gift cards and additional Apple products, representing 8% overall sales growth. I propelled the digital footprint from 7% to 11% of sales. I hired a dedicated multilingual online digital online operations manager through a third-party company to ensure a unified customer experience across all sites with easily searchable products and a smooth buying experience. I was also recognized as a two-time winner of the iTunes Excellence Award for business contributions.
