I responsible for severalcommissioning projects across England ensuring the Site Delivery jobs are effectively managed from Sales handover to invoicing, bringing them in on time, in full and on budget. Proactively manage and closely work on large or complex jobs, new build and retrofit. Develop understanding of contractual structure of jobs during construction and operation. Communicate problem solving solutions, react and respond to meet the client needs promptly Ensure all stakeholders in project are onboard, clear on objectives at all times and deliveringthe work on time / cohesively. Plan, build and configure site network hardware connectivity within secure VPN connection. Responsible for delivering Site Delivery training (commissioning, maintenance,troubleshooting) to external partners. Creating of test environment to test company product and third-party hardware and softwaresolutions (wireless connectivities: 2.4GHz, 868 Mhz, Lora) 2 nd line service support – troubleshooting operational and technological in both software andhardware queries.

I led a team on several Google Maps projects. The aim was to improve location accuracy at every level. My responsibilities included:  Managing a team of 6 operators in field base environment throughout Europe  Create daily/weekly schedules, supervise performance and time management  Communicate problem solving solutions, react and respond to meet the client needs promptly.  Debug, maintain and troubleshoot Android OS.  Mentor and train operators for various field tasks.  Plan detailed itineraries and manage logistics for EMEA projects  Maintain high quality work standards and communicates/fixes problems swiftly  Routinely provides suggestions on policy and survey mechanics to HQ.

I liaise with a team under Google Maps working to improve location accuracy in several projects. My responsibilities include: Representing Google when working with clients 30%-70% of time spent travelling domestic/international Working with technology that will shape and change the way we use Google Maps for the future Communicate potential problem solving solutions, react and respond to meet client needs on short notice Data collection using proprietary software and hardware Identify recurring problems and work with team to make improvements.

 Implemented Cisco Catalyst Switches, install, configure networking services(VLAN,DHCP)  Maintained user environment(based on Windows 2008 R2)  I had learned about Windows AD Users and PC management
