As an External Civil Rights Specialist at Missouri Department of Transportation (MODOT), I drive positive change through policy and outreach initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the transportation industry. With a BA in General Studies and a focus on Business and CIS, I have a strong foundation in both the technical and interpersonal aspects of my role.I leverage my skills in customer relationship management (CRM), sales, and account management to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and community organizations. I also monitor and enforce compliance with federal and state civil rights laws and regulations, such as Title VI, ADA, and DBE programs. My mission is to ensure that everyone has equal access and opportunity to participate in and benefit from MODOT's projects and services.
