My duties include providing a consistently high standard of customer service, by listening to customers requirements and providing the best products to suit their individual needs. My other duties consist of dealing with customer complaints and returns, processing shop deliveries, maintaining a tidy shop image, carrying out stock audits and cashing up the tills. Additionally, there is a considerable emphasis placed on earning commission by meeting the stores KPI targets for selling product add ons. Therefore, this is a competitive and challenging working environment, something I enjoy and thrive upon by targeting the top of the 'top sellers' chart. During my time at Sports Direct I have also previously put myself forward to travel to Southport to help open a new store. This was an eye-opening experience, putting myself in a new environment, meeting new people and ultimately giving a helping hand to expand the company. Furthermore, I am not hesitant when offering to help the store by taking on extra shifts.

This internship was undertaken for the duration of my final year at university. The aim was to develop my skills as a coach, at the same time developing the netball and rugby league teams throughout the season. My responsibilities involved planning and delivering a periodised season plan to the netball and rugby league teams. This involves S&C practises such as needs analysis, testing, monitoring, prescription, pre/rehabilitation and programming.
