I am an Application Support Analyst at Mtdata, a Telstra owned company, with over a decade of experience in data protection and information asset management. I am currently studying cyber security in pursuit of a career progression in the industry.I have gained knowledge of pen-testing, big data analysis using Splunk, network traffic analysis using Wireshark, virtualisation of Windows and Linux systems, scripting in Python, threat actor and cyber incident response process flows in common incidents such as phishing and DDOS, and learned the foundations of various industry standards and frameworks such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO-27001, PCI-DSS and ASD-ISM.In my spare time, I enjoy reading and learning more about cyber security, and upskilling myself. I have attained Cisco Certifications in Linux, IoT, CCNA: Introduction to Networks, Cyber Security, PC Hardware and Software Administrator. I also enjoy camping and music, in particular playing guitar and piano, and music production.
