In this role, I was working in a kiosk attracting and talking to customers in order to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable packages for them. I then had to close the sale by signing the customers to contracts. The role required a lot of technical understanding as well as great customer service skills and basic admin work.

The role involved coordinating staff, transport and location spotting, with the aim of creating the best article possible to fit within the brief in order to maximize reader interest, engagement and feedback. This role also allowed me to get involved with the testing of extreme sports products such as the iON camera.

I studied Business, photography and sport science for 2 years.Each subject tested different aspects of myself. Including essays, presentations and exams. I also attended a Tennis Academy for my first year.

I did some work experience at Pro Direct in their photography department. I learnt the steps and execution of product photography and how to produce a final set of pictures for the company.
