Duties included: escorting talent on the carpet, arranging interviews between press and talent, creating tip sheets for the press, preparing and executing publicity campaigns, contacting press to establish and maintain contact, data entry, preparing press clippings, checking press in at events, handling press at events, assisting in the execution of events, and other miscellaneous projects.

Gained practical knowledge and experience creating and writing pitches for clients, trafficking beauty and fashion products between clients, updating media lists, contacting editors to discuss pitches, contacting venues concerning specific event details (space, pricing, etc.), researching venues and event specifics, and developing general concepts and themes for corporate events. General duties included: administrative and office support services, updating and maintaining guest lists, preparing mailings.
