CurrentAs a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, I lead strategic digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to drive eCommerce growth and brand visibility. I manage paid search and social media campaigns, optimize eCommerce sales channels, and leverage Amazon advertising strategies. Overseeing a team of three, I collaborate to execute data-driven campaigns that enhance customer acquisition and retention. My expertise in digital marketing analytics and optimization supports broader business goals and ensures a consistent, high-performance digital presence.Key Responsibilities:• Paid Search Advertising: I design, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Bing, etc.) to increase conversions and achieve ROAS (return on ad spend) goals.• Social Media Advertising: I lead the creation and management of social media ad campaigns across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) with a focus on audience segmentation, budget management, and performance tracking.• eCommerce Optimization: I drive eCommerce strategy, including product listing optimization, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey analysis to maximize sales and user experience on the site.• Amazon Advertising: I develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display Ads, to boost product visibility and sales performance on Amazon.• Team Management: I oversee a team of three marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support for individual development.
