JOOLA is the official table supplier of the 1996, 2000, and 2004 Olympics and US Open, US National Table Tennis Championships.As a marketing and event coordinator, I supported sales and marketing initiatives of the company’s professional table tennis brand (JOOLA) by visiting and networking with surrounding table tennis clubs, collaborating on table tennis club events and sponsorship opportunities. Besides that, I managed the sponsorship portfolio. Tasks include networking and recruitment, contract execution, sponsored events coordination, sponsorship package creation and fulfillment. I also oversaw and executed the development, planning, preparation and execution of logistics for the US Nationals, and US Open table tennis tournaments, LA Open, Midwest Circuit event series, and other local charity tournaments such as TopSpin, Paddlestar Galactica.

The Mills Center is never a dull place to be because of the diverse groups of people and variety of cultures you'll find there. As a resource consultant, I provided assistance with training new employees by planning learning outcomes, executing the agenda, and delivering the training as well as promoted cultural events to engage students on campus to bring awareness to the diversity and unique cultures of the international community. As an Academic Advising Office Front Desk Assistant, I served up to 50-70 students a day. The University of Oregon host the 2015 Overseas Association for College Admission Counseling (OACAC) conference, July 7–10. With a record 1,200 attendees from nearly every country in the world! As an UO Ambassador, I represent Southeastern Chinese international students population at the University of Oregon by serving at the OACAC Conference. I collaborated with a team of 30 ambassadors to organize a College Fair meeting place. I also directed a diverse group of conference participants to different locations on campus by driving the golf cart, walking visitors to different buildings.

As a IT help desk assistance, I helped students find login names for their student accounts, helped them how to register online, found the online payment for classes online and how to access online services for general college information. Besides that, I set up and installed new hardware in instructional classrooms and student computer labs during the school breaks, tested and troubleshot hardware as needed, worked with inventory database to keep records accurate and updated.
