5 years experience working in the construction industry in site management and planning. As an Assistant Planner at BAM I have experience working on tenders in pre construction as well as live construction projects. Projects I've worked on to date include Co-Op Live (£450 million) Blackburn College Victoria Building which is a 19th century grade II listed building refurb (£25 million), Byrchall High School (£30 million), deconstruction of Fred Longworth high school. Proven experience using Asta powerproject, Synchro and BIM 360 and P6.

I am currently completing a 5 year degree apprenticeship in Construction management which I began in 2019. To date I've completed a level 4 HNC in the Built Environment and a NVQ in site supervision. I'm completing my degree at Sheffield Hallam University and upon completion, I will qualify and become a chartered manager under the CIOB as part of the apprenticeship. Currently, I am working on the new state of the art music venue, Co-op Live which will be the largest indoor arena in the UK. I was fortunate enough to join the project at the beginning, starting with the bulk excavation, piling and concrete works. Since then I've been part of the expanding site management team. At present, I'm part of the fit out team where I've had the responsibility of managing packages such as firestopping the steel frame with intumescent paint and achieving certain architectural finishes, hygienic wall cladding, brick and blockwork whilst also assisting with the management of all trades on the ground floor.Projects to date:-Co Op Live Arena £365m
