My core responsibilities include: - The entire recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending for management-level positions.- Manage and lead centralized recruitment drives for multiple talent acquisition programs such as management trainee programs (MTO) and internship programs. - Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy to build pipeline of potential applications for business critical position and ensure staffing needs of the company are being met with a diverse set of qualified individuals. - Manage the candidate experience through an effective and efficient recruitment process.- Support and advise line managers on the hiring process and act as a talent advisor for the business. - Practice educating and promoting best industry practices for both behavioral and functional interview techniques talent development and requirements-related strategies.- Build and maintain long-term relationships with recruitment agencies as a business partner, placement offices, universities, etc.- Ability to collect analyze and report on key recruitment metrics and have a good knowledge of data visualization tools to create effective reporting and dashboards for the best possible optimization of the hiring process.- Stay informed about the industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure our recruitment efforts remain competitive
