Lecturing: Delivering lesson as per Hospitality Management Level-5 course.Tutoring: Organizing Tutorial Session for the Class in batches for subject special needs. This helped the learners to receive Formative Feedback throughout the Session.Assessing: I assessed the Subjects that I lectured based on the Assessment criteria of the awarding body. I provided the learners with the Assignment Brief which had been approved by our Internal Verifier. I provided the Summative Feedback and graded them with Pass, Merit or Distinction according to their Assignments in their Subjects.
