I'm Ishant Arora, a dynamic and results-driven engineering professional with a robust background in tool design and stamping simulation. My career journey began with a passion for engineering and has evolved into a diverse portfolio of technical expertise and entrepreneurial ventures.My professional career kicked off as a Tool Design Engineer at Victora Tools. Here, I honed my skills in designing and developing a variety of tools, from plate-type tools to casting tools. I had the privilege of working on several high-impact projects with Maruti Suzuki, contributing to the advancement of their manufacturing processes. Seeking to expand my expertise, I joined Renault Nissan as a Stamping Simulation Engineer. In this role, I utilized advanced software tools such as Catia, and AutoForm to simulate and optimize stamping processes. Independently managed stamping simulations for key automotive components including DOORS, FENDERS, BODY SIDE OUTER(BSO), TRUNK LID INNER, ROOF Panels etc. Worked with diverse materials, ranging from low tensile strength steels to ultra-high tensile strength steels, as well as aluminium and boron, optimizing their use in different automotive parts. This experience significantly enhanced my technical acumen and problem-solving abilities.In September 2022, I embarked on my entrepreneurial journey by Co-founding Fitwell Udyog, a company specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality rubber components. My goal with Fitwell Udyog is to deliver superior products that meet the evolving needs of the industry.Building on my engineering foundation, I founded MSI Technologies, a firm dedicated to providing innovative stamping engineering solutions. Leveraging my previous experience and technical skills, I am driving MSI Technologies towards exponential growth, aiming to become a leading player in the industry.My vision is to continuously expand both Fitwell Udyog and MSI Technologies in terms of revenue and network.
