Project: Discovered health archetypes from survey data – Unsupervised Learning• Identification of health archetypes of users with similar responses from survey data using HDBSCAN, Hierarchical Clustering.• Feature transformations performed using embedded techniques in Python.• Pyspark used to perform pre-processing of data.• Health archetypes are used to create customized recommendation programs for users. Prediction of ER (Emergency Room) risk using cluster labels- Supervised Learning • Predicting the visit of user to ER (Emergency Room) risk based on their survey features and identified archetypes using Gradient boost Ensemble method in Sklearn.• Helped Recover team to predict the future risks in users with customized health archetypes.
