Current- As a Sr. HR Associate, I am leading the HR operations for our technology and product departments.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and organizational objectives.
- Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the technology and product teams.
- Foster a culture of recognition and appreciation through rewards and recognition programs, performance feedback mechanisms, and team-building activities.
- Manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance evaluation, and development planning.
