I have spent my career developing dynamic staff teams that achieve excellence, both in the student sector and in public health. I’ve gained significant expertise in connecting curricular student needs with highly effective experiential programming. I managed a large team of full time and seasonal staff (100+), setting culture and measurable benchmarks. My primary focus has been giving voice and confidence to young, emerging leaders and professionals. With my cohort and colleagues, I developed the concept of Expectational Leadership, creating a community of high expectations that allow all people to buy in and thrive at the highest levels. I believe all people experience joy when they can actualize their fullest capacities in any group setting.
