• Advise clients on all aspects of investigations, litigation, and compliance, with an emphasis on government-facing antitrust matters across a wide range of domestic and international clients in the technology, automotive, agriculture, healthcare, and media industries. • Carry out internal investigations on behalf of clients to uncover potential legal violations or liabilities. Gather evidence, interview relevant parties, analyze documents and witness statements, and provide clients with detailed findings and recommended actions to address any identified issues.• Conduct interviews with witnesses employed by clients. Obtain statements, gather relevant information, and assess the credibility and reliability of witness testimony.• Oversee all aspects of the discovery process, including collecting, reviewing, and producing relevant documents in both litigation and internal investigations. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient discovery process.
