I was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, which afforded me the opportunity to be surrounded by creatives of all types from a very young age. I was, and still am, an exhaustively curious person, and have always been fascinated with the environment around me, both natural and man-made. My innate curiosity begs me to create, inspired by my surroundings, whether it be through music, or through various visual media, such as drawing, painting, photography, and sculpting with clay.The landscape became a medium of creative exploration for me during my studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where I graduated with my Master of Landscape Architecture.
