I was asked by my friend, Ted Henderson, to help with outreach and organizing for the Indiegogo campaign he started to fund further develpment of the Capitol Bells mobile app. The app was somewhat known on the Hill before we launched the IndieGoGo campaign but its visibility exploded when we managed to secure articles in the Washington Post, Roll Call, MSNBC (print and TV), Politico’s Playbook (a shout out from Mike Allen), and others. I’m really proud of both the app and the coverage we generated during the campaign and it’s only expanded since then.
