As a manager in multinational company I was in charge of coordinating and planning the audits. As well as reviewing the work done by more junior members of the team. Manager has a key role in the audit process, usually acting as the primary client contact and also working as a link between the audit team and the engagement leader. My portfolio consisted of large number of clients. PIE IFRS -companies as well as small and mid-sized Finnish companies. The role requires a versatile skill set and requirement of being able to work in a multinational environment.I also had a role as a data specialist for our portfolio group. This role included involving with various transformation projects as well as giving insight to other portfolio teams on possible data analyses and automation possibilities. The role included monitoring the more junior data specialists and good hands on knowledge of various data analytical tools, such as Alteryx, Qliksense & Qlikview. In addition i acted as supervisor for some of the junior members of our portfolio team and a co-leader for the whole portfolio team (approx 30 members).

As a Senior assurance associate the role was to either help the manager of the client team or work as an acting manager for various clients.
