As a Community Manager Intern at The Bangladeshi Perspective, I was responsible for different kinds of managerial work, namely: tracking and ensuring the workflow of respective departments, and regulating the management framework through the coordination of employees of specific departments. In order to operationalize the management framework of The Bangladeshi Perspective and make it more effective, I also created an excel template. This helped improve the workflow and record-keeping of both tasks which were done and which had been in progress.
