IntegRail was established in 2011. It was the only Hungarian owned intermodal b2b service provider, connecting sea terminals to inland terminals. I was responsible for the operational planning and production, subcontractor (shunting, terminal, maintenance processes, etc.) relations of railway department.

I created a new distribution network and, redesigned internal processes. I was managing project managers, and was responsible for contracting and negotiating suppliers, management reporting, sales and account process support and managing unexpected situations.

I planned and organized resources for larger marketing campaigns (indoor&outdoor for customer such as P&G, Vodafone).

I supported a rail telematics systems, tracking & tracing development process for the launch new product.
