My hobby and primary field of expertise is the effective implementation of service and service level management.I believe that everyone behaves as a service manager in everyday situations but may not be aware of it.My goal is to provide a service called ‘relish / welcome’ which users can use and do use with minimal energy input (eco approach).In my work I have gained considerable experience in- the structured definition of the requirements ,- easy to use process design,- supporting the implementation of planned processes to select applications or the development of applications,- application go live periods (in a way that the changes do not cause disruption to the business operations and do not cause resentment / bad feeling in the organisation/user) , and- ongoing support in maintaining the quality control of the operation (giving different type of info for different levels of organizations or users based on the same data source).
