With over 23 years of professional experience in digital initiatives across various sectors and categories, I bring a holistic and strategic perspective to this CXO role that has a pure P&L focus and a ROI philosophy.My role cuts across all functions in the organization, ranging from business, marketing, technology, and operations, to name a few. I am an integral part of the Management Committee and a designated Key Personnel, working alongside talented colleagues to usher and institutionalize the digital transformation. My core areas of expertise include e-commerce, digital distribution, digital products, social strategy and engagement, digital marketing, mobile applications, digital assets re-engineering, and AI implementation.
