As the Chief Specialist of Public Debt Management department at the Ministry of Finance of the RA, I am responsible for managing the national debt portfolio, developing and implementing debt management strategies, and conducting debt sustainability analysis. I have over four years of experience in the Ministry of Finance, where I started as a Specialist of Document Circulation Division in Jun 2019 and was promoted to Chief Specialist of the same division in Oct 2021. In this role, I handled the administrative and legal aspects of document processing, ensuring compliance with the regulations and standards of the Ministry. I have a Master's degree in Public Finance from the Public Administration Academy of the RA, where I acquired the skills and knowledge to analyze and evaluate public financial policies and programs. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Management from the Armenian State University of Economics, where I learned the fundamentals of organizational and strategic management. My core competencies include public debt management, document circulation, financial analysis, policy evaluation, and strategic planning.
