• Proficiency with Tally ERP.• Team handling & Co-ordination with team member for day-to-day work.• Maintaining MIS.• Preparing Agreements & coordinate with Registration team (Vendor) to executive registration of customers.• Preparing a Demand Letter & Reminder Letters as per stage of construction & payment schedule and sending the same to all the customers via email & Courier.• Timely updates on project progress to customers.• Handing Over Possessions to the customers post getting clearance from Accounts Team and Management.• Preparing Customer payment Receipts. • Explaining about the Demand letter generation date and due date.• Maintaining Sales Records of existing clients and new customers in their respective registers.• Coordinate with bankers for customer loan sanction and payment follow-up related.• Updating of NOC Status Report (Weekly & Monthly).• Scanning documents as & when required.• Coordinate with Sales executive when required.
