Finance :- Setting up company’s financial strategy including periodic business plans- Review reports/MIS to analyze the Company’s performance- Managing treasury and associated risk- Assisting management in managing corporate debt and equity financing- Assisting management of financial documentation (including information required by banks)- Administration and development of the Company’s accounting system- Responsible for periodic financial reporting of the Company and all subsidiaries to Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE), ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and regulatory obligations including reporting/filing with Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) and Capital Market Authority (CMA) guidelines.- Coordinating with auditors of the Group- Provide professional guidance and training to staff Monitoring existing investments of Development Enterprises Holding Company (DEH) (Holding Company of Energy House) and Energy House:- Financial and operational analysis of investee companies and reporting directly to CEO- Developing business plans for the subsidiaries and defining KPI’s for all investee companies- Assisting the strategic planning and budgeting process- Provide recommendations to Board representatives on investee companies- Periodic reporting to Management and Board of Directors of the company, providing performance analysis of investee companies against KPI’s and budgets, changes in business structures, operational updates etc.- Valuation, feasibility studies, market studies, industry analysis, competitor analysis, company analysis and impairment analysis of investee companiesNew investments by DEH and Energy House: - Handling preliminary analysis of investment opportunities including risk and SWOT analysis- Reviewing valuation models and due diligence reports, and Coordinating with consultants - Supporting investment teams by assigning function resource

Planning, supervision, review and conclusion of external audit assignments, Review and finalization of financial statements of clients in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Communication with joint auditors and overseas offices of the firm, and key management personnel of the client and subsidiaries, Ensuring completion of assignments within allocated time and cost parameters
