CurrentKey Responsibilities:1. Regional Delivery Management: Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects across the Europe and ANZ regions, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.2. Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong client relationships and ensuring satisfaction with ongoing services and solutions. Manage client escalations and ensure proactive communication.3. Technical Architecture Leadership: Provide technical guidance and architectural direction on Appian projects, ensuring that best practices, scalable architectures, and innovative solutions are consistently implemented across all engagements.4. Pre-Sales and Sales Cycle Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team, contributing to the RFP and RFQ processes by drafting proposals, designing technical solutions, and creating compelling proof of concepts (POCs) that showcase the value of the company's offerings.5. POC Development: Develop and present cutting-edge POCs tailored to clients' needs, demonstrating the practical applications and potential impact of proposed solutions.6. Strategic Account Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts, aligning solutions with clients' evolving needs and objectives.7. Team Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning. Ensure that team members are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.8. Sales Enablement: Actively participate in the sales cycle by providing technical expertise, conducting solution workshops, and influencing key decision-makers to secure new business and strengthen partnerships.9. Risk and Issue Management: Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks and issues, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
