Key Responsibilities:-- Taking care of sales and marketing of Compressors and range of construction equipment’s.- Utilizing client feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads; conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trend.- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements & communicating the same to the higher management; exploring and developing new clients and negotiating with them for securing profitable business.- Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends, tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning of the selling & the marketing strategies

-Developed business in Vidharbha and Chhattisgarh state independently, and handled road equipments in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Chattisgarh. -Developing business plan and sales strategy for market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability for Construction equipment’s- Concrete, Road, Crawler Cranes, excavator& drilling equipment’s-Seeking out new prospective customers and developing new business relationships. -Initiating and coordinating development of action plans to penetrate new markets. -Coordinating with new business partners to expand product reach in the market, working in close interaction with the dealers to assist them to promote the product.-Conducting one-on-one review with sales team & dealers to build more effective communications, to understand, training and development needs and to provide insight for the improvement of their sales and performance. -Analyzing marketing trends, tracking competitors, providing valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing -Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.-Managing corporate communication, brand image building and product awareness campaigns. -Carrying out local brand building and below the line marketing activities. Implementing promotional activities like hoarding fixation & advertisement and putting up banners
