Working with GUJARAT STATE FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS LTD at Vadodara Site under M/s.Delta Enterprises as a MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR and SHUTDOWN COORDINATOR in Plant Maintenance AMC.Coordination and Liaising with Plant Manager, Engineers and Owner for planned Maintenance related activities and Shutdown preparation for smooth O&M of a facility. Preparation of Reports and perfom Documentation (Measurements, Billing etc) and present them in weekly & monthly review meeting of both the Company and Owner. Maintenance jobs carried out of all kind of Static & Rotating Equipments likes Heat Exchanger, Pressure Vessels, Distillation Column, Storage Tank, Pumps, Rotary Feeders, Valves, Reciprocating Air Compressor, Centrifugal Blowers.Perform Hydro Test of equipments as per SOP & HSE Standards. Perform Safety Tool Box Talk. Erection, Reading Isometric Drawing and P&IDs for protocol preparation of all Piping system, Structure & Fabrication activities.Responsible for maintain all records keep up to date and entries in SAP.
