After working for 5 years in the IT industry as a Software Developer and a Business Analyst, I transitioned to a virtual business venture in 2016. It was an unpredictable yet the most incredible move in my career thus far. After 5 years of grind we have our business operations spread over 12 cities in India and 4 countries globally. The pandemic induced setup has re-emphasized the urgent need to transition businesses online. I'm glad that we took this step at the right time in 2016 which enabled me and team to recruit 75+ distributors during the toughest times in the market .I've also developed a sense of fulfillment in mentoring people who are looking for a direction/change in their career. I believe change needs to begin internally with our mindset, without a change in point of view towards things we are not moving anywhere significant.
