• Involved in Analysis and documentation for activating Work.com for the internal user community at Salesforce.com.• Interfacing with Product Owner and Business Analyst for understanding the project and come up with list of question about the project and its requirements.• Working with the Business Stakeholders to understand the requirements and also to assess the current shortcomings of the legacy system and to design functional specification on the basis of the same.• Involved in Analysis and Requirements gathering related to implementation of work.com within Org/environment called Org62 used by all employees and partners of Salesforce.com.• Involved in Low level and High-level design preparation and getting it reviewed internally within IT.

• The project was all about exporting data out of Clarify CRM so that the buyers can import data into their own CRM systems and exit from Clarify within Nortel’s environment. • Data extraction was done for different modules of Clarify like Clear Contracts, Clear Support and Clear Quality.• Data was exported in the format required by end client CRM system. Client used different CRM systems hence the task of extraction was even more complex. • The data was extracted by writing some complex procedures and integration between Clarify and JAVA. The code was written in Clear Basic, Java and Oracle Stored procedures.• Fully responsible for planning activities for the team and leading a team of dynamic developers• Streamlined the project source code control implementation
