Prior to joining Crowe, I worked for the Internal Audit Department of a $19 billion mid-size Bank, conducting both internal and IT Audits. I have gained 4 years of experience in providing risk consulting services to clients in the manufacturing, transportation and banking industries. I have been on several engagements, including internal SOx 404 audits, external SOx 404 audits, SSAE 16 (SOC 1) and SOC 2 reviews, Financial Audit Support audits, Information Technology General Controls (ITGC) reviews, and providing services to insurance and health-care industries. As a senior consultant of the Technology Risk group at Crowe, I aid in all stages of audits by developing the audit scope, hours, fees and staffing needs, to drive organizational efficiency and multi-tasking techniques in a fast-paced environment to meet client deadlines. Additionally, I supervise a team of 1-3 associates on multiple engagements, and help maximize their growth by providing coaching on various audit approaches, describing best practices in the industry, and communicating newly discovered audit issues. I further assist in the development of training materials for, and training of, new associates.
