This Project deals with design validation testing of the infotainment systems for Ski-Doo and Sea-Doo. HMI and Media Validation Test Bench which is a CAN based validation of the interaction of HMI and Media ECU’s. It is developed in CANoe simulation environment, consisting of simulated modules of ECU to validate interaction behavior. The infotainment system supports HMI, Media, Phone, USB, BT, AUX and Audio.

• This involved deployment of the VSA in various VMs.• Testing related to the exchange of packets through different VMs.• Creating rules for transferring specific packets while blocking the others.• Testing of layer 2 IPS deployments and Layer 3 FW+IPS deployments.• Protection of North-South traffic, limited protection of East-West traffic, with policy orientated around existing network policy constructs, consistency with Network Function Virtualization (NFV) requirements, where physical appliances are replaced with virtual instances running on generic hardware and running it on main stream hypervisors, VMWare ESX/ESXi, and KVM.
