- Point of contact for employees and Businesses in dedicated fields - Contribute to and support the delivery of the HR strategy in line with business objectives - partner with Business leaders, understand the business's nature, and proactively work on the engagement model.- Drive and deliver HR initiatives to support business needs, such as talent development, employee engagement, and organizational change- Program Manage various dedicated Talent Management activities which include - Performance Management, Engagement, Connect, Retention, Employee Satisfaction Survey- Work in partnership with other HR Team to identify opportunities and areas of improvement to support organizational and people performance in line with business needs - Lead or facilitate various communication forums such as HR connect sessions, Town halls, Open House, skip level meetings, etc., as per schedule- Partner with the other Talent Managers / Business Partners and other teams to seamlessly manage and execute Business deliverables- Support other roles within the HR team as required with other projects and operational issues

It was a 5 weeks virtual live project. My role included the following:· Performing End to End Recruiting Process, Including Searching, Screening, Interview Scheduling, Selecting and Onboarding potential interns.· Team Lead performing design, assign, consolidation and evaluating tasks performed by BDE (Social Media) Interns.· Create methods for reaching to the potential clients and generating the leads in the same.
