I am currently working as a part of the Portfolio Operations team at JLL, which provides an expertise on delivering CAD/CAFM implementation & Project Services. My key responsibilities include creating as well as maintaining Layouts, creating polylines and floor layout plans based on International Standards (BOMA & FICM) using softwares based on client requirements and Account preferences (FMS, Archibus, Softspace for Serraview, Appspace, IBM Tririga). I am an acting account lead for my primary account and manage a team along with onboarding and training new team members and training existing team members when required. I am also a C.O.A. registered Architect (skilled in Design development, Adobe Photoshop, Architecture, AutoCAD Architecture, Revit, Lumion, IWMS and CAFM systems) with a flair for designing spaces. Being a thorough professional, I always strive to contribute my best to my projects, along with a continuous approach towards learning new aspects and technicalities of the job. I have designed and worked on different building typologies and scale paying close attention to client's needs and requirements. I have learned to strictly follow the site context and climate when designing buildings.I am a graduate from Chitkara School of planning and architecture, Patiala and trained at Arcop, Gurgaon for 8 months where I got to work on multiple large scale projects.
