While working as an Director for BidsInfoSystems Ltd, implemented SAP for Education, which was cost-effective and also led to an increase in the productivity. Managed IT strategy by using statistical analysis, staff surveys and consultant’s approach, which increased the profit of company from 7 to 10% within the span of 12 months.
