Scaled the team to 30 folks across India and Singapore verticals. Was not just helping the team to hire, but set up a lot of processes and policies that enabled the company focus on multiple products and scale their team in no time. Unfortunately we had to downsize again as our GTM plan was not well received due to the pandemic.

HackerEarth is a Talent assessment platform that helps enterprises hire the right technical talent by in-depth assessment of their coding skills. HackerEarth being popular in the SAAS space, has added on a lot to my knowledge and skills.Unfortunately joined HackerEarth the day the pandemic was declared, we didn't know the severity of it hence was there for a brief period of 5 months. We had to downsize and our team was impacted severly. Hence in that period with limited resources I happened to wear multiple hats, where in I closed a lot of Sales and Marketing positions. Not just that, we also happened to close a few problem setter positions as well. Got called out for creating a huge impact in a short span of time. Highly would recommend this company for the culture and values they impart.

After a year, we expanded our operations to Hyderabad and Pune as well.But with the market being volatile, we handed over our operations to Oyo Groups and I began my career as a Recruiter which was my passion.
