One of my key achievements was assembling and leading a team of talented developers focused on creating technology to support plastic neutrality initiatives.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, we were able to design and implement creative solutions aligned with the company's long-term growth trajectory. In addition to our core responsibilities, Arpith also took on management of office operations, vendor negotiations, and participating in investor meetings to share our digital product capabilities.Some of the notable accomplishments during our tenure include the development of 'The Conscious Living System' - a unique automated mailing scheduler tailored to each customer's plastic consumption habits and geography. Additionally, the implementation of the myPurpose Dashboard provided valuable insights for employee administration and business data analysis.
