It is a cloud platform using which product teams can self-curate interactive guides & integrate across all user touchpoints. Roles and responsibilities:- Handling mid to senior-level positions including leadership hiring.- End to end recruitment with coordination and vendor management.- Sourcing and converting the talent from channels like Linkedin, Instahire, Angel List, Naukri, TopHire, IIM Jobs, etc.- Working on NON-IT Roles.- Requirement gathering from stakeholders & prioritizing them based on the business impact.- Stakeholder Management - Updating the stakeholders about the progress on each requirement & unblocking the hurdles.- Maintaining recruitment-related metrics for deriving insights.- Interview coordination, candidate experience & post-offer engagement.As a talent partner at Whatfix, I'm supporting our Sales, Partnership & Account Management teams.
