As an Architect I am in charge of coordinating with the team to complete the project promptly and successfully, currently handling an integral part of the building process from beginning to end and act as an intermediary between the client and design consultant and contractors. Reviewing and delivering Technical Architecture, Design documents. Pre-qualification of Design consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors. Improving performance, scalability, and security of the application Preparation of working drawings. Perform project research and support the Quantity surveyor to write specifications. Engage in team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate to schedule adherence to technical issues. Monitor the design process from conception to construction administration to ensure consistency of design ideas. Technical evaluation and negotiation with design consultants, contractors, vendors/suppliers to fit every package of civil works/interiors as per the planned budget. Monitoring all construction activities on site and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies, as per the approved design and drawing. Tracking the critical activities of the project on a daily basis and preparation of monthly progress reports. Coordinating with the procurement team to procure materials on time to execute the works without any delays.
